Postage and Delivery We can post out small items and we use Evri & UPS depending on the size and weight of the item. For larger items which are photographed on pallets, we can pallet ship. Please get in touch with your delivery postcode before purchase and we can get a delivery quote for you. All pallet deliveries will come on a truck with a tail lift. If you do have a forklift on site please let us know when booking the delivery. Please let us know if there are any road or access restrictions. VAT All prices listed on eBay are inclusive of VAT and a VAT invoice can be supplied on request. We can include a paper copy with any delivery or can email one to you on request. International Orders For items of less than 10kg we will use eBay's Global Shipping Programme . Due to the increase in restrictions since Brexit, we are suspending all international and EU deliveries which are not covered by the Global Shipping Programme. Collections and Loading All our items are located at our warehouse/workshop at: Ostia Tools , Cooper Street, Dukinfield, SK16 4JB . Collections are free of charge. We have a forklift on site and can assist with the loading. If you are unsure about the suitability of the vehicle you have for collecting an item you desire, please get in touch with the make and model of the car and we can advise. It can occasionally work out cheaper to hire a van to collect items. If you are unable to collect an item within 5 days of purchasing, please get in contact with us before pressing buy it now or placing a bid. Returns and warranties By purchasing this item on eBay, you are covered by eBay's 14 day money back guarantee . If in case you would like to return an item, we are happy to give a full refund for the item once we have received it back from you in the same condition that it was sent. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return shipping . All items will be in full working order unless described otherwise . We can demonstrate the machines working at our warehouse and may be able to send a short video demonstrating its functions. All items will be sold as seen and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the item is safe for work in the environment and scope that you choose to use the machine. Some items may require some slight adjustments or tuning depending on the capacity in which you require the machine. We do try to accommodate in any way if you are not satisfied with the item or there are any other problems with the purchase. We do ask that you get in touch with us to resolve any issues before leaving bad feedback. Viewings Viewings are recommended and available on all items. Viewings are by appointment only to ensure that we are available on any given day and that we can have the item accessible to be viewed and checked. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a viewing. The best way to arrange a viewing is by giving us a call. If you are unable to view an item before purchasing, we kindly ask you to study the photos on the listing. We try to take good quality photos in good lighting to give you a clear representation of the item including any damage or faults. The photos do make up part of the description of an item. If there is something that cannot be seen on the photos or is not listed in the item description, please ask us and we will be happy to answer your questions. Design Technology departments in many schools are having their budgets drastically cut and are unable to support the cost of the subject. By schools and colleges selling their unused or older items to us we are able to help them with the funding shortfall.
